2 x 8″slice chocolate cakes (sliced in half)
2 packs hazelnut wafers
More Nutella buttercream for crumb coat and icing
Ferrero roche balls
Crushed or whole hazelnuts (optional)
Take your chocolate cake slices and fill them with your Nutella buttercream. Layer your Hazelnut wafers onto of your buttercream. Put one layer of cake, then one layer of Nutella buttercream, and one layer of hazelnut wafers, then one layer of cake, and another layer of Nutella buttercream and another layer of hazelnut wafers. Do this all the way up until you have stacked all your 4 slices of chocolate cake with Nutella Buttercream and wafers.
Crumb coat your cake with a thin layer of Nutella Buttercream. Cool in the fridge for 15 min so the icing sets and crumbs stick to the cake.
Coat the cake with another layer of Nutella buttercream.
Pour your chocolate ganache over the cake and let it drip over the sides.
Add dollops of Nutella Buttercream on top and add a Ferrero Roche Ball on each dollup.
Sprinkle with crushed or whole Hazelnuts!
