The Best Easy Fluffy Nutella Buttercream Recipe Ever!

Hey its Carla from CarlasCakes and welcome to my Carla in the Kitchen Blog! I’ll turn anything into NUTELLA!! Or is it… I’ll turn NUTELLA into anything? Ingredients: 1 lb (4 sticks) unsalted butter (room temp.) 13 oz of Nutella 2¾ cup powdered sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Directions: Place the butter and Nutella in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat on medium-high for 3 minutes. Add the powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time. Add the vanilla once all the powdered sugar has been incorporated. Beat on medium for another 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low for 1 minute. This helps to smooth the icing and release any air bubbles. Enjoy! The Best Easy White Chocolate Ganache Ever!

I am not a huge fan of white chocolate, however, I do love white chocolate ganache! Theres something about that velvety creamy texture of ganache that I can’t get enough of! You can pour it over a cake or cupcakes, or fill them with this amazing easy white chocolate ganache recipe! You’ll Need: 9oz white chocolate 1 cup heavy cream Directions: Place your white chocolate into a medium bowl. Bring your Heavy Cream to a boil in a double broiler. Pour over your chocolate Cover and let sit for 10 min (do not stir yet) After the 10 min, stir the chocolate and cream until all mixed up. Allow Ganache to cool slightly before pouring over your cake. I love chocolate ganache, and I especially love the fact that it is SO EASY to make! You can make this recipe with white chocolate and milk chocolate as well! Use it to fill or top your cakes, cupcakes and desserts! You’ll Need: 9 oz Dark or Milk Chocolate 1 cup Heavy Cream Directions: Place your dark chocolate into a medium bowl. Best Nutella Ferrero Cake Recipe

Today we are going to be making a Decadent Ferrero Roche cake! Were going to be using, hazelnuts, wafers, Nutella, and chocolate! Lets get started You’ll Need: 2 x 8″slice chocolate cakes (sliced in half) Nutella buttercream 2 packs hazelnut wafers More Nutella buttercream for crumb coat and icing Chocolate ganache Ferrero roche balls Crushed or whole hazelnuts (optional) Take your chocolate cake slices and fill them with your Nutella buttercream. Layer your Hazelnut wafers onto of your buttercream. Put one layer of cake, then one layer of Nutella buttercream, and one layer of hazelnut wafers, then one layer of cake, and another layer of Nutella buttercream and another layer of hazelnut wafers. Do this all the way up until you have stacked all your 4 slices of chocolate cake with Nutella Buttercream and wafers. Crumb coat your cake with a thin layer of Nutella Buttercream. Cool in the fridge for 15 min so the icing sets and crumbs stick to the cake. Coat the cake with another layer of Nutella buttercream. Pour your chocolate ganache over the cake and let it drip over the sides. Add dollops of Nutella Buttercream on top and add a Ferrero Roche Ball on each dollup. You’ll need: 1 cup butter (soft) 3 cups icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tsp whipping cream In your mixer, add your soft butter and mix. Add half of your sugar and mix on medium low for about 30 seconds. Scrape the sides and add your vanilla extract and whipping cream. Mix until incorporated and add the remaining sugar. Mix on medium high for 5-6 min until your buttercream is light and fluffy! You buttercream is now ready for use. You can use this recipe to ice your cakes and cupcakes.
